Et lite kikk i det norske kjøkkenet - del 5


Vitajte opat pri mojej kazdotyzdennej relacii. V dnesnom dieli okusime trocha masa. Medisterkaker. Je to nieco ako jedno z najtypickejsich norskych jedal - kjøttkaker - ale v kjøttkakeroch je kvalitnejsie maso. Medisterkaker je vlastne osmazene bravcove maso. Mozme kupit uz polotovar, alebo kupit nadobu s bravcovym masom a vytvorit taketo masove gulky, ktore oprazime na panvici. Dnes mame ako prilohu zemiaky, brusnice a hrachova kasa. A ziadna biela omacka dnes:-D. Dnes mame hnedu omacku, ktora sa da lahko vytvorit, len som uz zabudol ako. Vysledok je menej chrumkavejsi ako nase fasirky ale je to celkom dobre jedlo.

Welcome again. Today we will taste a bit of meat. Medisterkaker. It is something like one of the most known Norwegian foods - kjøttkaker - but in Medisterkaker is not the meat of such a high quality. We can buy them already prepared or buy a box with pork meat, form these balls and fry them on the pan. Potatoes, cranberries and peas porridge are quite tasteful to it. And we do not have any white sauce today:-D Today we have a brown sauce which is easy to make but I do not remember how. The result is a decent, tasty meat.
