Vitajte! Dnes tu mame opat velmi typicke norske jedlo. Obzvlast v zimnych mesiacoch. Risgrøt - ryzova kasa. Toto jedlo sa spaja hlavne s obdobim Vianoc a vianocni skriatkovia su casto zobrazovani s misou ryzovej kase. Priprava je velmi jednoducha. Asi 2 dcl ryzovej kase (nie normalna ryza - predava sa to tu v balikoch) zmiesame nad ohnom so 4 dcl mlieka. Cvilku miesame, kym to trocha nestuhne. Pridame sol. Cely hrniec potom dame do teplej rury a nechame ho tam stat asi 8 hodin. Pocukrime, rozpustime na tom platky masla a posypeme skoricou. Nakolko je tam uz sol a aj to maslo je v podstate slane, musime pouzit dost cukru, aby to bolo jedle. Takze vysledok nie je nic moc. Ale lepsie ako zostat hladny.
Welcome! Today we have a very typical Norwegian food again. Especially in the winter months. Risgrøt - Rice porridge. This food is often connected with Christmas period and the Christmas elves are usually displayed with a bowl full of risgrøt. This food is quite easy to prepare. 2 dcl of rice porridge ( not rice - here it is sold in special packages) are mixed with 4 dcl of milk over the heat. We wait until it becomes partially solid. We add salt. The pot is placed in the warm oven and let there in 8 hours. Than it is ready to serve. We add sugar, melt the butter and add cinammon. Because of butter and salt we have to use quite a lot of sugar to make it edible. But it is not so bad.
