Et lite kikk i det norske kjøkkenet - del 8



Vitam Vas pri dnesnom "sviatocnom" vydani relacie Maly pohlad do norskej kuchyne. Dnes Vam predstavim vianocne jedlo. Vianocne klobasky, rebro, k tomu zemiaky, hrachova kasa, cervena a kysla kapusta, brusnice a hneda omacka. Velmi lahke na pripravu. K tomu sa hodi specialna vianocna limonada - julebrus alebo podomackyvyrobene pivo. Ako dezert mame ovocny salat so zmrzlinou. Dobru chut.



Welcome by today's "Christmas" part of our series A quick glance in the Norwegian cuisine. Today I proudly present you the Christmas food. Christmas sausages, rib, potatoes, peas porridge, sauerkraut, lingonberries and brown sauce. Very easy to prepare. One special Christmas fizzy drink - julebrus and home-brewed beer are very good as drinks. The dessert is ice cream with fruit salad. Bon appetit.

Ahoj Erik, vsetko dobre do roku 2008 a hlavne - co najviac krasnych zazitkov z Norska, nech mas na co spominat a z coho do buducna tazit. Velmi pekne dakujem za pohladnicu, potesila, aj nas inspirovala sadnut za pocitac a na nete si popozerat Trysil. Do toho sme si citali tvoje slovensko-norske "kulturno-spolocenske" porovnanie a uz nam k tej norskej atmoske chybali len nejake sobie karbonatky s oblubenou bielou omackou:-)
