Et lite kikk i det norske kjøkkenet - del 9


Po vianocnych sviatkov sa opat vraciam s dalsim jedlom z norskej kuchyne. Tentokrat je to fiskegrateng. Makarony zmiesane s kuskami tresky, bielka. Navrchu je struhanka. K tomu podavame zemiaky a varenu mrkvu. Cele to polejeme rozpustenym maslom a vysledok je vynikajuci, lahodny. Aj ked to tak na tanieri nevyzera:-P


I am back after Christmas with a next Norwegian meal. This time it is fiskegrateng. Macaroni mixed with pieces of cod, egg whites. We sprinkle dried small breadcrumbs above. Potatoes and cooked carrot matches to the meal. We pour smelted butter over it and we get a delicious meat. Although it does not look like that in the picture:-P
