Et lite kikk i det norske kjøkkenet - del 3


Yammmiiiii. Tak dnes tu mame vazne lahodku. Sobie karbanatky so zemiakmi a brusnicami. Osmazime sobie karbanatky spolu s cibulou a sampinonmi a uvarime zemiaky. Vyborna je k tomu biela omacka (hvit saus), do ktorej sa primiesa zelenina, hlavne mrkva. Vysledok je delikatny. Zretelna chut. Potesenie pre chutove pohariky.

Yamiiiii. Today we have a delicious meal. Moose schnitzel with potatoes and cranberry jam. We fry pieces of moose meat with champignons and onion and cook potatoes. The white sauce (hvit saus) is very good to it - mixed with vegetable, carrot most of all. The result is delicious. Very distinct flavour. Joy for our senses.

no ako to tu tak citam, tak prichadzam na to, ze vsetko oblievaju bielou omackou :D
