Et lite kikk i det norske kjøkkenet - del 4


Pre velke ohlasy od nasich divakov ( vlastne iba jedneho divaka) sa vraciam uz vo stvrtom dieli Maleho pohladu do norskej kuchyne. Nooo, dnes tu mame fiskekaker - rybie karbanatky. Konzistenciu je to rovnake ako fiskeboller, ale ma to iny tvar a je to osmazene. Opat mame, na prekvapenie, bielu omacku:-D. Vyborna je k jedlu postruhana mrkva. To vsetko posypeme kari korenim. Fiskekaker bohuzial v zahranici nekupite. Ale aj tak prajem dobru chut!

I am back here with the 4th part of A small glance into the Norwegian kitchen after some positive responds from my audience. Well, today we have fiskekaker - fish schnitzels. It has the same structure as fiskeboller, but it is fried. Then we have white sauce, surprisingly:-). Very good to it is grated carrot. After that we just sprinkle some condiment over it. You can get fiskekaker only in Norway but despite of it - Bon appetit!

hmmm... skutocne jedla plne prekvapeni... neckana ryba... no ale ked na to este ta biela omacka... nemozem z toho... je to super...
