Avsluttningsturnering

V nedelu rano som vstal do zamraceneho pocasia a bol som velmi zvedavy, ci zacne prsat. Mal som totiz ist na golf. Hral sa zaverecny turnaj systemom norsky stableford - to znamena, ze si clovek na kazdej jamke mohol hodit loptu dopredu a neratalo sa to ako rana. Velmi som to vyuzival hlavne v bankroch. Takze to bolo skor o zabave ako o nejakej vaznej sutazi :-) Domaca ma vyviezla o 8:30 hore na golfove hrisko. Na startovnej listine som sa nasiel az vo flighte o 12:30. Takze som mal dost casu na rozohravku. Popritom som sa este stretol s jednym Irom, ktroy zije v Norsku uz od '83ho. Vyrastal na dedine v Irsku, v 15 odisiel na 9 rokov do Anglicka, kde studoval. Potom pracoval ako diplomat v Kamerune, Madagaskare a chodil po celom svete. Teraz sa tu usadil a je na dochodku a hrava kazdy den golf. Tak by som aj ja rad skoncil :-)Navyse mi daroval asi 50 najdenych lopticiek, ze vraj on ich ma dost. Neviem, cim som si to zasluzil, no ale dobre, ked inak nedal. Hral som s dvoma golfistami s HCP pod 10. Ked to clovek casto a dlho hrava, tak sa to aj nauci. Dost prsalo. Na 6tej jamke zacal padat lad. Ale len chvilu. Na 8ej jamke to Matz zahral na green a hodom dostal loptu do jamky - takze Hole in one :-) Po prvej devinke som mal mokro aj v nepremokavych topankach. Modlil som sa aby turnaj zrusili. Ale oni nie. Dasli sme si obcerstvenie a islo sa dalej. Moji spoluhraci odisli hrat bezo mna, tak som isiel s druhym flightom :-) Druha devinka vysla trocha lepsie. Kazdopadne to dnes nebolo zle. Az na to pocasie.

I woke in a cloudy morning on Sunday and I was really courious if it starts to rain. I had to play golf today. The last tournament of the season, we played norwegian stableford - it means that you could throw your ball once on each hole without counting it as a stroke. Eva drove me up to the golf course at 8:30. I found out, that my tee time is 12:30, so I had enough time to warm up. I met a guy from Ireland. He was raised in an Irish village, when he was 15 he went to study for 9 years to England. Afterwards he worke for embassies in Camerun and Madagascar and travelled all over the world. He has been living in Norway since '83. Now he is retired and plays golf every day. I want to end up the same way:-) And he gave me 50 found balls. He said he had many of them. I do not know how I deserved it, but okay. I played with two guys with HCP under 10 and I could see, that if you play it for a long time and often, you will get it. It was raining all the time and on 6th hole the ice was falling from the sky. On the 8th hole Matz hit it on green and threw the ball in the hole - Hole in one :-) I was praying for cancelling the tournament. But we just had a break and resumed playing. The guys, who ere playing with me went earlier so I had to play in another flight. The weather got better and my score as well. It was a nice day. Only bit wet.
