Et lite kikk i det norske kjøkkenet - del 11


Ani sme sa nenazdali a uz tu je 11 diel okienka Maly pohlad do norskej kuchyne. Tentokrat tu mame samske jedlo Joikaboller. Su to gulicky z losieho masa v hnedej omacke (ako inak:-P). K tomu podavame zemiakovu kasu, varenu brokolicu a brusnice. Vysledok je OK. Dobru chut.

Time goes fast and today it is already the 11th part of our series Little glance in the Norwegian kitchen. This time I will introduce to you a Sami food - joikaboller. Small meatballs from reindeer meat in brown sauce (of course:-)). Potato mousse, cooked broccoli and lingonberry jam is the best choice to this meal. The result is OK. Bon appetit!

no sak to je samozrejmost predsa ta omacka :D nabuduce daj daco s bielou, nech sa neopakujeme :D
